You can modify or cancel your order 24 hours before the scheduled collection window by contacting us. All sales are final 24 hours before the scheduled delivery window, and no exchanges or refunds will be permitted.

Delivery Policy

To ensure the safety of our delivery process, Runners High Cookies, cannot guarantee delivery times.

Weather, traffic, construction, and other factors can affect the timing of your delivery. Please be aware that the delivery window you select is simply an estimation of when we will be able to arrive, and not a guarantee of an exact delivery time. Please also be aware that deliveries to secure locations may take longer than the estimated delivery time.

Runner’s High Cookies guarantees delivery only to the address you specify when ordering, not to the recipient. We do not take responsibility when given incorrect addresses or recipient information.

Runner’s High Cookies does its best to ensure accurate delivery times, and the recipient will receive updates if there are any hindrances to delivery times.

Pick up Policy

You will be responsible for picking up your order.

If you cannot pick up your order within the selected time and do not reach out to Runner’s high Cookies, the order will be held for 24 hours. If the order’s recipient is unable to reach out to us or Runner’s High Cookies is unable to contact the recipient, you will be responsible for scheduling a new pick up time.
