The ordering process

Preorder window
To ensure the quality of our cookies, orders for cookies should be made Monday-Thursday. This will allow orders to be filled in time for our collection window.
You can still send an order outside of the preorder window. However, the order will be filled the following week unless buying cookies on overbake (see Overbakes).

Collection window
Orders for cookies will go out on the buyer’s choice of the subsequent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at a selected time.
If the buyer wishes to collect their order outside the preferred times, Runner’s High Cookies can be flexible depending on availability.

Overbakes
As all of our dough is prepared in batches, not all of our cookies are sold. That is why flavors on overbake can be bought anytime, skipping the preorder wait until the cookies are gone.

For those looking to go beyond their limit --Orders over 26 cookies will be considered for catering and will have special pricing

Pick Up
No additional charges
For those who wish to pick up their orders, it will be located in The Woodlands of College Station within their visitor parking at the office/clubhouse building.

Please note the following for all pick up orders:
The buyer will meet within a designated parking spot at the scheduled time for pick-up. Park in spots that say “VISITOR” highlighted on the parking spot. The highlighted area is designed for visitor parking and is free.
A basic description of the vehicle will be needed
Payments made in cash will make payment first, then receive cookies
Parking can be limited during weekends, so if parking is full, wait for further instructions.
Standard Delivery
$3.00 delivery charge
The location must be within College Station & Bryan city limits
Campus Delivery
$1.50 delivery charge
The location must be within Texas A&M University campus grounds
Must provide accurate building location or landmark by using names or addresses.
Please note the following for delivery orders:
Delivery time will be scheduled during the ordering process
All payments will be made before delivery
Provide an accessible address that can be reached
Severe weather may limit delivery capabilities
Shipping
Runner’s High Cookies does have the ability to ship our cookies domestically. However, due to our limited resources, we can not ensure our standard of quality due to the shipping process. Additionally, all shipping costs will be paid for in a 60/40 split, where Runner’s High will cover 40% of the shipping costs, and the customer will cover the rest. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us as we are learning how to navigate through shipping costs and packaging correctly.
