Why is there a wait for the cookies?

The reason behind the preorder wait is for two reasons:

1. The wait allows enough prep time for quality control, refrigeration, and packaging.

2. This method prevents food waste from unsold cookies as the dough is made in batches.

Can i order an assorted flavor pack?

As of now, Runner’s High Cookies can not offer assorted flavors consistently. The reason behind this is that the limitation of our equipment and storage capabilities do not allow for multiple flavors to be prepared at once.

However, we can offer assorted flavors for catering (Plus Ultra) orders and Overbakes. Runner’s High Cookies will post frequent updates if flavors can be assorted when available.

Can I Pick up my cookies outside the “Collection window” (Fri-Sun) and have them by the weekday?

That depends on our availability…

Our set windows allow adequate preparation time between baking cookies while prioritizing my academics as a full-time student.

However, do not be afraid to send a message about your order, and I will do my best to work out a date and time that works for you.

what are your prices for catering?

The pricing for catering deepens on the desired number of cookies. When we receive your catering order form, you can expect an invoice with the expected price.
