To make our cookies more accessible, we do offer deals and discounts to save you some dough when catering.

As you will fill out the form on the website to request a Plus Ultra Catering order, here are the details for proper payment

For Plus Ultra catering, we encourage payment to be made via check or direct deposit. This is to make sure your dough is going to us and not towards online transaction fees.
Electronic payments are still available but will be made using Venmo.
Payment must be made on request before the customer’s collection date. If payment is not made a week before the collection date, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be refunded the full amount.

At least 2 weeks in advance of the customer’s pickup/delivery date

Catering requests can be made in advance beyond the preferred 2 weeks.
Requests to fill orders under our two-week notice will be looked at but can not be guaranteed and will.
We accept our catering orders on a first-come-first-serve basis.

To receive a full refund if needing to cancel a Plus Ultra Catering pack, we must receive notice 5 days before the scheduled order collection date.
